Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there are any significant delays in shipping your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the product, as well as the delivery location. Our standard shipping rate is $7.
- Heavy items (over 10 lbs) may incur an additional shipping charge of $10+.
- Please note, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors, such as carrier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
- We currently do not offer shipping to U.S. Territories or outside of the United States.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with the order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
